We understand it can be overwhelming sometimes reading through contracts and trying to figure out what the most important points are. We also know what is  most important to you, which is what MOSA provides or guarantees for you as the buyer. So to make it easier below we have outlined and explained what we feel are most important to you the buyer and what we promise you. 

General

This means you are promising to provide the dog with all of the proper care,socialization, and any and all required or needed medical or veterinary care.

Ownership Conditions

Health Guarantee

This means we stand behind our puppies and dogs. It covers you in the event of any health issues that are hereditary or genetic in orgin that should arise..

Refund/Replacement Conditions

If your MOSA Italian Greyhound should ever develop any health problems with a hereditary or genetic origin preventing it from living a normal, healthy life for the purpose sold, depending on your contract you are offered options for replacement or a partial refund. As well we understand the bond you may have with your dog and depending what you choose and is agreed upon you may keep the IG in question. 

(This does not apply to puppies that are returned for any other reasons other than the reason specified above.On returned puppies/dogs all money is non-refundable.)

Type 

If a MOSA puppy/dog is sold on a show/breeding agreement. We guarantee for 24 months against the dog developing any faults as decribed in the AKC Italian Greyhound standard that would prohibit it from being shown. You are also protected in the event your dog is diagnosed with a medical disorder that is genetically derived that would cause the dog rendered unable to be shown or ethically bred.

 Breeding

MOSA Italian greyhounds are primarily sold as companion pets and those sold as such will not be bred and by six months of age will be spayed or nuetered.  Unless otherwise agreed to and provided in writing by MOSA,there are no exceptions.

MOSA Italian greyhounds sold on a show/breeding agreement will not be allowed to be cross bred. You also agree that in no circumstances will you sell or bred for the purpose of selling to pet-stores or puppy-mills nor will there be any pet-store or puppy-mill breeding allowed.

MOSA does not place thier puppies or dogs with those known to be puppy-mills or pet-stores and we have the right to at anytime to refuse to sell any puppy or dog for breeding purposes and will do so if we feel it is not in the best interest and safety of the dog and any puppies produced.
